Having trouble with part of your machine or running it? The first thing you should do is call Custom Drilling Technologies.

Our technicians have the experience and training to help you with your machine problems. After you describe the problem your having our technician will be able to determine if help can be provided over the phone or parts should be sent in for testing. They will guide you step by step over the phone to help solve the problem you are having. If the issue can not be resolved over the phone our technician will help guide you to determine the next step.

Send in your parts. Our technician will let you know what parts to send in for trouble shooting. Sometimes it may be as simple as a set of boards, or maybe a part from your machine. There is a minimum of a one hour charge, at $110.00/hour, for trouble shooting parts sent in. After the parts are run through a full series of tests with know good parts and/or boards to determine where the problem is we will let you know what needs to be done to resolve the problem you were having.

Set up a on-site trouble shooting service call. If our technician can not resolve your problem over the phone and does not think that sending in parts is advantageous or realistic they will suggest that an appointment be set up for an on-site call. One of our technicians can come out to your site with working parts, and the tools needed to check your machine to determine the origin of the problem your having, let you know what is wrong, and fix it.
