Custom Drilling Technologies has experts
on hand to test your boards, spindles, monitors, etc. to make sure that
they are working to proper specifications. Request a RMA number to send

as soon as we test it we will call you and let you know what we found.
There is a minimum charge of one hour labor at $110.00/hr, that includes
up to four boards, or two spindles, call or email for estimated time/charge
on other parts.
At Custom Drilling Technologies we have the experts, knowledge, and machinery to test just about any part that goes on an Excellon machine. We take your part in question and do any clean-up that needs to be done and inspect the part for any wear or broken or damaged parts/areas. We then install it on a running machine, run several test on the machine that effect that part to determine the functionality of that part. After the test on a machine itself, our technicians will go over the part one last time to make sure that everything looks sturdy and secure. If at any point something is noticed that is not correct or if the part fails any of the testing we will do our best to determine how extensive parts and/or labor would be to repair it and let you know.
After everything is complete and you have been notified if your part is within specifications or not, and if not our best estimate as to parts and labor involved in repairing (if repairable) it, you decide what you would like us to do with the part. We can send it back as is working or not and you will only be billed for the minimum charge. If your part is not within specifications and is repairable you can have us repair it based on the estimate that you will be given or return it to you unrepaired. Also if the part is not within specifications and not repairable you can have it returned to you or we can dispose of it for you, (an extra charge may apply for disposal) and if there is a core value to your part you can apply it towards the purchase of another replacement part of the same model.
